Unibag is part of the B Corp community: organizations that use the power of the market to solve social and environmental problems. This involves constantly measuring, improving, and making our impact transparent.
Reusable bags are designed to be used many times, but at some point they will reach the end of their lifespan and must be properly managed. At Unibag, we created our Post-Consumer Recovery Program to promote environmental awareness and to encourage citizens to recycle this new type of waste.
We design each product with functionality, environmental impact, and life cycle in mind. We apply ecodesign principles to ensure our bags are efficient to use, sustainable to manufacture, manageable at the end of their life, and consistent with each brand’s purpose.
